Refund & Cancellation Policy
When payments are refundable and what happens to your data on cancellation.
EnineSites refund and cancellation terms: non-refundable items, data export windows, and refunds required by law.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to EnineSites provided by 1E9 Advisors Private Limited (“1E9,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and forms part of the Contract governing access to the Platform.
All payments made for subscriptions, hosting services, infrastructure services, and related offerings are non-cancelable and non-refundable except where a refund is required under applicable law.
For the purposes of this Policy, services are deemed activated upon payment confirmation. Upon payment confirmation, provisioning and allocation of infrastructure resources may commence immediately.
No refunds shall be provided after activation, including in cases of non-use, partial use, dissatisfaction, change in business circumstances, or termination by the Customer.
The following items are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, except where mandated by applicable law:
- Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers
- Custom development work, configuration, or onboarding services
- Third-party licensing fees
- Payment gateway charges, transaction fees, or processing fees
If a subscription is terminated by the Customer or by 1E9 in accordance with the Terms of Use, access to the Platform may be suspended immediately. Customer Data may be retained for a period of seven (7) days following termination to allow the Customer to download or export data. After the expiry of the seven-day grace period, 1E9 may permanently delete Customer Data unless retention is required by law.
Where a refund is required under applicable law, refunds shall be processed to the original payment method where feasible. Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway and financial institution involved. 1E9 shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Initiation of a payment chargeback without first contacting 1E9 for resolution may result in immediate suspension of access to the Platform. 1E9 reserves the right to contest chargebacks and recover associated administrative or processing costs where permitted by law.
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes rights that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.
