Adding an Image to an Item

Attaches a photo to a content item and changes how the whole section displays.

Images change more than just the appearance of one item. They affect the layout of the entire section that contains the item.

  1. Make sure your image is already in the Media Gallery. If it is not, upload it there first.
  2. In Edit Mode, find the section containing the item you want to update.
  3. Click the picture icon next to the section.
  4. An upload panel opens showing your Media Gallery.
  5. Select an existing image, or click + New to upload a new one.
  6. Click Save.

Aim for files under 500 KB for content images. Large files slow down your pages.

Content

Create categories, add items, edit copy, attach images and icons, reorder, and delete.

Adding an Icon to an Item

Assigns an icon to an item as a visual element in place of a photo.

Icons are a lightweight way to give items a visual identity without needing photography. They work well for service listings, feature grids, and process steps.

  1. In Edit Mode, find the item you want to update.
  2. Click the faded icons button next to the item.
  3. An icon library opens.
  4. Search for the icon you want or browse the available options.
  5. Click the icon to apply it.

If an item has both an image and an icon, the image takes priority and the icon will not be visible. Remove the image if you want the icon to show.

Media

Upload files to your Media Gallery and reuse them anywhere on your site.

Uploading to the Media Library

Adds files to your Media Gallery so they can be used anywhere on your site.

Every image, logo, favicon, and hero image on your site comes from the Media Gallery. Uploading to the gallery is the first step before you can attach any visual to any part of your site.

  1. In Edit Mode, click any image icon next to a field like Logo or Favicon, or click an image placeholder within a page section.
  2. The Media Gallery opens.
  3. Click + New to browse your computer for a file, or drag and drop a file directly into the upload zone.
  4. Wait for the thumbnail to appear, confirming the file has been processed.
  5. Click Save to finalise the upload and make the file available across your site.

Closing the gallery without clicking Save means the file will appear to have uploaded but will not be available for selection.

Reusing Media Across the Site

Use the same file in multiple places without uploading it again.

Uploading the same image multiple times creates duplicates that are harder to manage. The Media Gallery is built around a select once, use everywhere model.

  1. Upload the file to your Media Gallery once.
  2. Wherever you need that file on your site, click the relevant image icon or dropdown.
  3. The Media Gallery opens.
  4. Find the file you already uploaded and select it.
  5. Click Save.

Before uploading, scroll through the gallery or use the search to check if the file is already there.
